Instead of getting a new roommate when hers moved out, "Jennifer" decided to convert her spare room into a BDSM dungeon. It's not Airbnb — it's AirBDSM!

"Jennifer" currently manages three dominatrices, collecting 40 percent of the $150 to 250 sum they charge per session. They find submissive clients (men only) on Backpage or FetLife, and vet them using Spokeo and social media before they're allowed over to the makeshift dungeon. "Jennifer" earns about $3,000 a month, which is enough to afford her $2,100 per month three-bedroom Park Slope duplex.
